* Onalaska Food Basket, (next to the Onalaska American Legion Club), 731 Sand Lake Road, (608) 783-7722 is in need of hamburger/tuna helper, stew, canned tomato products, peanut butter, cream soups, vegetable soups, tomato soups, beans and pasta. Thank you for your generosity.

* Hunger Task Force Food Bank, 1240 Clinton St. La Crosse, provides food to 64 programs in western Wisconsin. Food items in need are tuna, canned or boxed soups, peanut butter, jelly, breakfast cereals, canned fruit (in water), pasta and sauce. Please drop off your donations 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mon.- Fri. or by appointment (608) 793-1002.

Those who would like assistance from volunteers with outdoor cleanup should fill out an assistance request form and submit it to the La Crosse Jaycees by April 3, 2015.

Those who wish to volunteer need to fill out the volunteer form by April 10, 2015.

La Crosse Jaycees coordinates the La Crosse Neighbors Day.

You can volunteer as a group or as an individual.

Both forms should be mailed to the following address: La Crosse Jaycees Neighbors Day, P.0. Box 1234, La Crosse, WI 54602-1234.

Volunteers will register from 8 to 9 a.m. April 18, 2015 at Black River Beach Neighborhood Center.

* WAFER food pantry, 403 Causeway Blvd., La Crosse, (608) 782-6003, is in need of deodorant, tooth paste and tooth brushes, shampoo, toilet tissue, razors, soap, hygiene products, diapers, baby formula, dry beans, rice, rice packets, all varieties of crackers, pancake mix, syrup, breakfast cereal, macaroni & cheese, pasta, spaghetti sauce, boxed helper meals or side dishes, peanut butter, jelly, baked / pork & beans, canned meats, salmon, tuna, canned chicken, SPAM, beef stew, canned tomatoes, canned corn, canned vegetables, canned fruits, canned beans, hand crank can openers, Ramen style noodle, cream, vegetable, tomato,and all kinds of soups including low sodium, pop-top soups, crackers, salad dressings, Jello, pudding mix, any and all gluten free items (such as soup, pastas, noodles, crackers, all purpose baking mixes) and empty clean egg cartons.
