Abortion

As a Christian, I could point out numerous passages in the Bible that life begins at conception. (Psalm 51:5; Luke chapter 1 where John the Baptist leaps for joy in his mother's womb when Mary, the mother of Jesus, comes to visit...to name a few).
 
There is an intellectual side to pro-choice vs. pro-life, and that is purpose of my writing.
 
Naturally, pro-life advocates have made the argument - and correctly so - about the so-called fetus having a beating heart, lung development, brain wave activity and such. All valid and true arguments. All of which I have used and will continue to use. Yet one thing that pro-choice advocates, who claim we live in a democracy, and not a theocracy, do not understand was made even clearer to me today.
