Jennifer Shilling
Politics of Revenge
Jennifer Shilling rode a wave of Democrat revenge (fueled by powerful union money) into the Wisconsin State Senate but what did she really win by tearing down a good man who served our communities with honor and integrity?
She won the opportunity to sit in a seat in the state's capitol but she has no ability to accomplish anything as a member of the minority party.
She won a ton of money from unions and other special interests from all around the country but what does she owe them in return?
She won adulation from liberal media outlets who have been looking for more excuses to advance government control into our personal lives but what about the average tax payer who works their tail off to make ends meet the old fashioned way?
Recalls, Radicals, and Reason
Just the other day Shilling was accusing Republicans of soaking up out of state contributions. After reading this article I guess she was really thinking of her own campaign's out of state efforts...
WHY IT MAKES NO SENSE TO SUPPORT SCHILLING
As far back as 2005 under then Governor Doyle, Jennifer Schilling has been an enemy of the Second Amendment and all the freedoms it stands for. She sided with then Governor Doyle in his veto of the concealed carry bill that was advanced not once but twice to his office only to be vetoed by him. It is obvious to the observer that she runs with the liberal antigun crowd that believes Wisconsin citizens don’t have the basic right to self-defense. Perhaps she should read the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and try to understand it. Probably a waste of time…
Rep. Shilling Votes against Property Tax Relief
The Joint Finance Committee voted on Friday to ease the property tax burden facing Wisconsin residents. Unfortunately, when it came time to cast her vote, Representative Jennifer Shilling voted to keep property taxes unleashed. The measure Shilling refused to approve would freeze property taxes for two years before permanently capping them, giving Wisconsin residents more certainty in planning their financial futures. Thankfully the common sense provision passed in spite of Shilling's irresponsible choice.
