Complaint Against Jeffery Greene
On April 29, 2011 almost 7 months ago, I filed a complaint against Jeffery Greene, an employee of the La Crosse School District, with the Government Accountability Board (GAB), for violations of Wisconsin Statutes # 11.36 and #946.12.
Mr. Greene did compose and send an e-mail message using an official, local and state funded e-mail account, to multiple state and local employees soliciting their attendance at and schedule times for efforts to elect Steve Doyle.
Based upon reason, information, and belief, at the suggestion of Jeffrey Greene, the subject e-mail may have been transmitted by other district and or state employees resulting in additional violations by other persons of one or more paragraphs of Wis. Stats. 11.36.
Also, based upon reason, information, and belief, there may also have been criminal violations under one or more paragraphs of # 946.12 Wis. Stats. related to misconduct in public office.
On August 4, 2011 I notified the media a formal investigation was being undertaken by the GAB after the La Crosse police did an investigative report at the request of D. A. Gruenke. At that time the GAB told me the investigation and results should be complete by early September.
Now it is mid November and apparently incompetence and or bias at GAB in favor of the school, the employee or the teachers union, have delayed the required action until after the election.
Does this give further permission for the unions to make very questionable activities a matter of course including the recall effort?
