Hintz for State Assembly
I am pleased to announce my candidacy for the 94th State Assembly district which includes the following portions of La Crosse County; City of Onalaska, Towns of Bangor, Barre, Burns, Farmington, Greenfield, Hamilton, Holland, Medary, Onalaska, Shelby, Washington, and the Villages of Bangor, Holmen, Rockland, and West Salem.
I am the third son and one of four children born to Steve and Diane Hintz of Onalaska and have been a lifelong resident of the Coulee Region. I am an Eagle Scout, graduated in the class of 1997 from Onalaska High School, and earned a degree from Western in Supervisory Management. After graduation from Western I continued my education at Viterbo and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Management and Information Technology.
I currently work as an Electronics Technician at Per Mar Security Services where, for the past ten years, I have worked as an installer, sales consultant and operations manager. Me and my wife Christie live in West Salem where we are raising and homeschooling our 5 children. Our family is also actively involved in our church, River of Life Assembly of God, where I established and coordinate a community garden and a fellowship of dads that meets bi-weekly for breakfast.
I am very excited to be a voice for the cause of liberty and freedom here in Western Wisconsin. As a Representative to the Assembly I will work to limit the size and spending of our state government. I sincerely believe that what we need in the Coulee Region is for our governments to be less restrictive on its citizens and our local business community.
