Wisconsin can Nullify the Affordable Health Care Act/Obama Care

At the May general membership meeting of the La Crosse County Republican Party I had the opportunity to announce my candidacy for the 94th State Assembly. At the meeting I explained how we at the state level can work to nullify the Affordable Health Care Act/Obama Care. I am glad to see that other state candidates are now beginning to also campaign on nullification of Obama Care. The Supreme Court has trampled on the rights of the people when they upheld the individual mandate taking away our right to choose not to buy health insurance.

The Ninth and Tenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution protect our individual rights and our States rights from an out of control Federal Government. Unfortunately our Supreme Court has failed to recognize our rights and it is now up to the states to protect them. As your Assembly Representative from the 94th district I will work to pass legislation that nullifies the health care law that will strictly limit Wisconsin on their ability to choose their own health care.

I am encouraged by Scott Walker stating that we will not adopt the health care bill in Wisconsin. I can only hope that means he will support nullification legislation. Now is the time to stand for what is right and protect our liberties. Just like the Wisconsin Supreme Court did when they ruled the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 was unconstitutional in their attempt to protect freed slaves from a tyrannical Federal Government. Now is the time to stand for liberty and freedom. Please stand with me as I pledge to work for a free Wisconsin for us and our children.
