A new poll from Pew Research found that Americans are becoming more pro-life. Researchers found a 2% increase in Americans who believe abortion should be illegal. In addition, 76% of Americans believe abortion should have legal limits and support for outlawing chemical abortion, also known as the abortion pill, increased by 4%. These findings point to an increasingly pro-life outlook among American adults.

These results present an encouraging picture of America’s shifting sentiments on abortion. Since a recent study found that 11% of women experience an adverse reaction after taking the abortion pill, these shifting views are especially important. We are thankful that Americans are beginning to see the harm done to both women and babies through this life-ending procedure.
