Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
As the year comes to a close, Christmas offers a time to slow down and reflect on what truly matters. It’s a season rooted in gratitude, generosity, and time spent with family, friends, and community. During this season, we also pause to honor our first responders who continue to serve, protect, and keep our communities safe - often sacrificing time with their own loved ones. Wisconsinites are able to sleep safely at night because of them.
We are especially grateful for the men and women in uniform serving overseas, spending the holidays far from home in defense of our freedoms. Their dedication and selflessness embody the spirit of service that defines this time of year, and it's important we pray for their health, strength, and for a safe return home. We must also pray for their families, who are celebrating Christmas while their loved ones are far away bravely serving our country.
As we head into the new year, Christmas reminds us to pause in gratitude for the people, freedoms, and blessings we often take for granted. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy year ahead.
