Van Orden Helps Inject $203 Million in Rural Health Care

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently announced that Wisconsin will be receiving more than $203 million through the Rural Health Transformation Program. That program is part of the $50 billion created under President Trump’s Working Families Tax Cuts legislation designed to help modernize health care facilities in rural America.

These funds will be used in Wisconsin to expand access to care and bolster rural economies with better facilities, updated technology and allows care to remain local for our rural communities in the state.

Congressman Derrick Van Orden helped lead the way to making this possible and he should be commended for his tireless service as our representative. Even Vice President JD Vance remarked last year about Van Orden being one of the hardest working members in Congress. We are truly blessed to have such a dedicated public servant.
