Our Nation Deserves Better Than Political Brinksmanship

I am writing with deep concern regarding the recent government shutdown—a crisis that has stretched on for a staggering 35 days and left millions of Americans uncertain about their future. This prolonged impasse, widely attributed to Senator Schumer and the Democrat Party’s leadership, is more than just a political standoff; it is a direct blow to the functioning of our government and the well-being of everyday citizens.

Last year, I attended the grand opening of the Lone Rock Bridge across the Wisconsin River. The bridge, which connects Iowa, Richland, and Sauk counties, is an essential piece of infrastructure for those communities. I was thrilled when this project was completed, because it was the first major road project in Wisconsin to use the “design-build” method.

Protecting WI from Foreign Foes

I recently joined a number of my Republican colleagues to release a bill package that aims to protect Wisconsin from foreign adversaries.

No matter what side of the political aisle you fall on, we should all be on the same page when it comes to cracking down on groups – like the Chinese Communist Party – that seek to disrupt and negatively influence our American way of life.

Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty won an appeal last week in a free speech case filed on behalf of Mom’s for Liberty activist, Scarlett Johnson. Johnson was sued by her local school district for defamation after publicly criticizing their promotion of social justice. Deputy Council on the case, Luke Berg, explained, “Scarlett…has the right to question and criticize her government. The defamation lawsuit against her was meritless and should have been promptly dismissed. We are pleased that the Court agreed.”

One Year To Determine The Future Of Our State

In one year, Wisconsin voters will head to the polls to pick the state's next governor, attorney general, state legislature and members of Congress.

Because of the MacIver Institute's leadership, we know those voters will be citizens. We are proud we led the effort last year to pass the Only Citizens Vote amendment, educating voters regarding the constitutional amendment, which voters then overwhelmingly approved.

As District Attorney of Fond du Lac County for the last 12 years, I have worked hard to clean up after the mess liberal leaders continue creating in Wisconsin.

Public safety and crime is at the forefront of my mind every day. Please help me understand the challenges we face in our communities across Wisconsin to help me be a better Attorney General for you after we win this race!

What are your top priorities for our next AG of Wisconsin?

The Dems Are Lining Up

Right now, the liberal Democrats are preparing to reclaim the Governor's office. We cannot afford to let that happen.

Democrats have held the Governor's office since 2019 - and what has that meant for Wisconsin?! Higher taxes, less jobs, and more people leaving. We need to stop them from turning our state into another liberal-stronghold like Minnesota or Illinois.

But here is the truth – we need your help. Your support ensures that we have the resources to compete, spread our message, and take back the Governor’s office.

Every dollar counts.

I joined the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman for a news conference that should outrage and shock every American.

This is nothing short of a Biden Administration Enemies List.

An investigation, launched by Joe Biden’s FBI and codenamed “Arctic Frost,” sought testimony, communications, and records related to at least 430 Republican individuals and entities — including 38 Wisconsinites.
