Since I was first elected to the Wisconsin State Senate, I have regularly spent a day "On the Job" with local employers to get a better understanding of their operations and to highlight the job positions available in our area. My "On the Job" series also allows me to see firsthand how the decisions we make in Madison impact our local communities.
