It's the eleventh anniversary since Legislative Republicans and Gov. Walker passed collective bargaining reform also known as Act 10. MacIver Institute calculated the savings achieved from retirement and health insurance changes equals $15.3 billion! See the chart below for the breakdown.

Wisconsin needed some serious budget and spending attention, and we got it. We inherited a massive debt, from the former democratic control, and Governor Walker stepped up and made it happen. Yes it was painful for some, but self control can be uncomfortable at times.
